Q . What do we need to bring to class?
Just bring your exercise clothes and a drink! We usually play capoeira barefoot, but of course you bring your exercise shoes if you like.
Q. Just to watch the class ok?
Of course yes! Always welcome without any contact! Pls check the schedule and access.
Q. Is there any class for advanced?
There is no class only for advanced but the trainings we do in class are adjusted to each level of the student. So all level are welcome!!
Q. Is capoeira difficult for beginners/no-sports-experienced?
No problem! Everyone is beginner at first regardless of your sports experiences. Through training, our body change into capoeira-fit one!
Q. I’m not good at music. Is that problem?
No problem at all! Capoeira has many fields where you can enjoy, eg, music, movement, conversation, so you will find the way you enjoy capoeira for sure. And even for persons not confident with music, we are sure that you will enjoy this capoeira music through time and practice!
Q. I’m not young enough to start capoeira.
ou are never too old to start this art! Many of our members started capoeira at their 30s, 40s and enjoy training and improving. Continuation is the key to get better, never is your age or gender.
